Cancellation policy
Sails Luxury Apartments adopts the following policy when dealing with the cancellation or amendment of a holiday reservation:
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
- If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) less than 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If a reservation had been made and in the case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Christmas or Easter Holiday Bookings
- All Christmas and Easter holiday bookings require a $500.00 deposit fee.
- If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
- If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) less than 60 days prior to the planned date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Conditions of bookings
- A pre-authorisation check may be done on credit card bookings.
- Only guests staying at Sails Luxury Apartments are able to use the pool and BBQ facilities.
- No refunds will be given for early departures.
- All accounts must be settled upon arrival.
- A fee of $200 will be charged if the apartment is not left clean and tidy.
- Strictly no pets allowed.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8.30am.
- No smoking permitted in the apartments.
- Parents must supervise children in the pool.
- No food or drink is permitted in the pool area.
- No illegal drugs allowed on premises.
- Parents must supervise children at all times.
- Any damage to the apartments has to be reported to management.
