8 x two bedroom apartments with 1 Queen size bed, 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms

2 x one bedroom apartments with 1 Queen size bed and 1 bathroom

2 x three bedroom apartments with 1 Queen size bed, 4 single beds (2 single beds in 2nd & 3rd bedroom) and 2 bathrooms

1 x two bedroom apartment with disability access which has 1 Queen size bed, 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms  with no spa bath

One Bedroom Apartments

We have two one bedroom apartments. One on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Both apartments have magnificent views of Merimbula Lake and into the township of Merimbula itself.

They both have spa baths, air conditioning/heating and come fully self contained with all ones needs for a enjoyable stay.

Two Bedroom Apartments

We have 8 two bedroom two bathroom apartments. Four situated on the bottom floor and four on the top floor. The two bedroom apartments are very spacious and sleep 4 people.

They can sleep 5 people with a fold out bed at a small extra cost. All apartments boasts magnificent views of Merimbula Lake and into the township of Merimbula itself. They all have spa baths except for our disability access apartment.

All apartments have air conditioning/heating and come fully self contained with all ones needs for a enjoyable stay.

Three Bedroom Apartments

We have two large three bedroom two bathroom apartments. One upstairs, one downstairs. These apartments have one queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in each other bedroom.

These apartments sleeps 6 people or 7 very comfortably with a fold out bed at a small extra cost.

They have large kitchen/dining/living room areas. Both apartments have wonderful views and have air conditioning/heating and are fully self-contained, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Disability Access Apartment

We only have one Disability Access Apartment which offers wider hallways, roll in shower and various other inclusions to make ones stay very comfortable.

Please note that this apartment does not have a spa bath.
